I have worked with a number of competitive and non-competitive athletes who are not in peak physical condition, and after assessing their diet and supplementation I quickly realize why they are not performing at their best, or are out of shape considering their rigorous training programmes. It all comes down to poor nutrition and incorrect use of nutritional supplements.

Being a competitive athlete myself who has had the privilege of representing my Country at the highest level, I have spent years exploring physique improvement and performance enhancement. I have taken this knowledge and applied it to myself. Through my online coaching I can assist you with designing a customized, science backed program individually tailored to suit your physique aspirations. I specialize in contest preparation, however, I have a large client base of people who do not aspire to compete, but are rather looking for the tools to transform their lives through improved health, fitness and general weight loss/muscle gain.

Weekly and daily checks and changes as the show approaches
Peak week plan and post contest plan.

Posing technique and refinement (for competitive athletes)
One hour session covering all the basic poses for competition.

Peak week(for competitive athletes)
Customized plan for the last week of prep, including everything needed to be your best on the day of the show

Off-season nutrition & supplementation (for competitive athletes)
Customized training, nutrition, supplement and cardio programme and physique assessment
Regular check in and necessary changes every 2 weeks.

Once off training and/or diet plans
Once off customized training and diet programme, ideal for someone looking to lose weight or the 'recreational' bodybuilder.

One on one personal training sessions
One on one personal training session at BodyGuru, Umhlanga includes physique assessment if required.
