![]() Hey mario. I\’m an very active persone and useing bcaa\’s and glutamine before and after every training session would it be in the gym or on the rugby field.with cytomaize as \’n post and 2-3 scoop whey.my question is,is it nessesary to use cytoguard also to protect my hard earned muscle? Thanx and hope 2010 will be a big year for u!!! L.J ![]() Hi L.J - thanks for the well wishes….hope you have a great year too! Personally I think if you went with Cytoguard pre-training, you could drop the pre-training BCAA’s & Glutamine and simply take a serving of each post training……or simply stick to Cytoguard pre & post training. Currently I’m personally using Cytoguard 45-60 minutes pre-training & then I take SPS’ Vitargo carb loader + added BCAA’ & Glutamine post training. As my intensity steps up pre-contest & I restrict calories I’ll add in a second serving of Cytoguard daily. Hope that helps.
![]() (HGH) is it safe to use? ![]() Personally I do not believe that any exogenous hormonal supplementation is without risk of some sort of side effect…..sorry but that’s the reality. The degree of risk & what the risks might would be better answered by an endocrinologist than me. 18 January 2010
![]() from where can i buy anabolic muscle builder in Mumbai, India? ![]() Thanks for your enquiry. I have copied our Indian partners (aatikaay@evolutionsportsnutrition.com), who I am sure will shortly provide you with Indian SSN retail options. Regards, Mario 13 January 2010
![]() Thanks so much Mario really appreciate you getting back to me. Another thing what do think about pro hormones super anadrol mega anadrol ect ? are they fine to take if you take them properly? ![]() mmmm…….to be honest, “pro-hormone” is simply a diplomatic way of avoiding calling super / mega anadrol an anabolic steroid, which it is……same pharmacological actions…same benefits….same risks / side effects. Simply an anabolic steroid that was never commercially pharmaceutically marketed…now doing it’s rounds as a bodybuilding supplement “politely” referred to as a pro-hormone.
![]() Hey Mario, Thanks so much for the info. I started using NO Creapump two weeks ago and I just love it. Workouts are fantastic and I have seen some small gains in the two weeks that I have been using it. I’ll have a look out for the cytoguard. Thanks again, Jeremy ![]() Great - thanks for the feedback……we are really happy with all the positive feedback we have had re NO Crea-Pump. 12 January 2010
![]() Can you tell me if the ignite fat incinerator is the best product to burn fat for a female and can it make you break out in a constant sweat ![]() We have had great feedback regarding the Ignite formula from both male and female clients alike, so I am confident that you will be more than pleased with the results. Although it has potent excellent thermogenic properties, this should only result in a slight rise in body temperature….certainly not cause you to break out in a constant sweat.
![]() hi mario,i wanted to know if it is wise to use vinegar (balsamic) in your foods(salads) when you are dieting pre contest.my carbs-40percent protien 4o percent and fat is 20 percent. many thanks claude. ![]() Hi Claude,
![]() Good day I bought the banded pack of Cytomaize and Crea-pump. I would like to know if I can take them simultaneously and stick to the directions for each individual product, or should I be taking less of each because I am taking them simultaneously? Regards, Graeme ![]() Hi Graeme, As they are unique formulations, each imparting some unique benefits, I’d recommend rather sticking to the instructions and using each as directed. Regards
![]() I would just like to know how much aspartame the ssn crea pump has got in it and if its fine to take it 4-5 times a week when I train, I’ve heard bad stuff about it and I know you can take a certain amount a day. Is it fine that I’m using it like should it do me any harm? ![]() SSN’s NO Creapump contains 0.3g of aspartame per serving….about the same amount as 3 drops of water. Not that I feel it would make any difference to your health if there was significantly more in the formula. As an extremely health conscious individual, I have researched the issue extensively myself and but for the commercially driven anti aspartame propaganda that proliferates the web, there is absolutely no clinical evidence to cause me any concern. I myself consume aspartame based products at least 5 or 6 times a day (supplements, sweeteners, diet sodas etc) without any concern. Hoping that reassures you. Regards
