You should loose the excess first then build the muscle up…
Our bodies are far more efficient when we are lean! People with more bodyfat produce far more insulin in response to a meal than people that are lean. The end result being that the more fat you have the easier it is for you to get fatter! So I think you should lean up and then slowly add quality muscle to your frame!
Having said that do not neglect your weight training while trying to loose the excess!

Oh its very easy just follow my plans here in my article bodybuilding 101 exactly and then do that for 5-10 years… if you follow my plans exactly I don’t see why you cant achieve that goal!!!

The ideal scenario is to take creatine with a transport system so as to get optimal absorption. Grape juice and sports drinks do spike insulin for better absorption but not as well as something like SSN Crea-mass that is purposefully designed to deliver the most amount of creatine possible into your muscles.

What you are asking here would literally be the answer to everyones prayers out there, I mean imagine if there was a cheap, easy, cost effective way to get huge and ripped at the same time?? If there really was such a thing we wouldn’t have any fat, out of shape people that are struggling to stick to the latest dieting fad. The bottom line has always and will always be that hardcore training and dieting forms the basis of someones physique changing endevours. I will tell you the real secret though and that is to do the same thing day in and day out until you get to your goal. Most people actually have eaten correctly for a day or 2 in their lives and give up too soon. The real key or secret in this game is consistency. You have to consistently be disciplined, intense, focused and hard working with all aspects of it. Training, eating, supplementing, resting they all have major parts to play and no single one takes preference over the other! Everybody believes there to be a secret way of looking like some of the incredible physiques we see nowadays, when the reality is that any one of these champion physiques can only be achieved through extreme hard work and dedication and a lot of sacrifice. While others are out partying with their mates, the true Muscle Junkie is tucked away in bed with a spare protein shake next to his bed, dreaming of tomorrow mornings leg workout, knowing that he is already one up on the competition because of his preparation and dedication. 29 November 2011
