The Prize for the Winner of the Challenge is R10 000 CASH, a 1 year SSN sponsorship, valued at R12 000 and a Professional Photoshoot with Roger Wells of Roger Wells Photography. An added benefit to participants on this Challenge is that a Closed Group will be set up on Facebook for all Challenge participants. This will provide weekly tips and motivation from Andrew, with mini-Challenges and spot prizes throughout the Challenge.

A fee of R1 000 is payable on entry. Once payment has reflected you will receive confirmation of your entry. Entries open Monday, 16 January and close on Sunday 22 January. The Challenge officially starts Monday 23 January.

Email (andrew@ssnonline.co.za) or fax (031 562 1409) the forms along with proof of payment to Andrew Hudson no later than Sunday 22 January.

Andrew will personally confirm your acceptance into the Challenge and will request you to submit "Before" photos. When taking your photos, stand close to the camera, and show as much of your physique as possible. Full length, clear photos are required (front and rear are compulsory, side is optional). You will be judged on the most dramatic transformation, so swimming costume/ gym tops/ shorts are the best option). If your photos are of poor quality, Andrew will request more photos be submitted.

The challenge officially starts Monday 23 January 2012.

1. Andrew will provide you with a customised eating, supplementation and training programme.
2. A Start up pack consisting of 3 SSN products, valued at R500 will be sent to you based upon the category you select to compete in:
   • Get Ripped
   • Lean Muscle Gains
   • Get Contest Ready
3. At weeks 4, 8 and 11, Andrew will monitor your progress and adjust your programmes accordingly. Any services required outside of the scheduled assessments at weeks 4, 8 and 11, will need to be discussed with Andrew.

Challenge ends on Monday, 16 April 2012.

To complete your Challenge, email full length photos (front and rear), holding a newspaper corresponding with the finishing date of the Challenge. The final date for AFTER photo submissions is 21 April 2012. Submissions after this date will not be accepted.

An independent panel of judges will select the winner, based upon most dramatic Transformation and not greatest weight loss. Judges decision is final.

1. The SSN 12 Week Online Transformation Challenge is open to all males and females over the age of 18 years.
2. Entrants must complete the Entry and Personal Particulars form.
3. Entries must be submitted with clear full length photos, showing front and back (side is optional), holding a newspaper corresponding with your start date.
4. Should you not complete the 12 Week Online Transformation Challenge, there will be no reimbursements.
5. Assessments will be conducted at weeks 4, 8 and 11 and necessary adjustments made to your training, diet and supplementation programmes. Any further assistance or services requested from Andrew will be billed for independently of this Challenge.
6. The Start Up Pack of supplements is not exchangeable for other products or cash.
7. To complete your Challenge, email full length photos (front and rear), holding a newspaper corresponding with the finishing date of the Challenge.
8. An independent panel of judges will select the winner, based upon most dramatic Transformation and not greatest weight loss. Judges decision is final.
9. Winners will be notified by email of telephone and the results displayed on the SSN website
